This privacy statement applies to the use of Microsoft Teams Webinars hosted by Thorsten Pickhan using a Microsoft 365 lab tenant. The tenant is operated solely for community engagement purposes as part of MVP activities and is not used for commercial or enterprise operations.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect personal data from webinar participants to:
- Register attendees for the event.
- Send event-related communications.
- Facilitate participation during the webinar.
- Analyze attendance and engagement for future improvements.
3. Data Handling and Storage
All data is processed and stored within Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft acts as a data processor and provides secure infrastructure for handling personal data. No data is shared with third parties outside of Microsoft services.
4. Data Retention
Personal data collected for the webinar will be retained only as long as necessary to manage the event and follow-up communications. Data will be deleted within 14 days after the event concludes.
5. Your Rights
Participants may request:
- Access to their personal data.
- Correction or deletion of their data.
- Information about how their data is used.
