MVP & Cloud Architect
Adrian Ritter is a Microsoft MVP and works as a Cloud Architect with a focus on modern collaboration solutions. For more than 18 years, he has been supporting organizations in introducing and evolving platforms based on Microsoft technologies — from SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
His passion extends beyond technology to the people who use it: through numerous projects, he has developed deep expertise in business processes, user needs, and effective adoption strategies.
As a co-organizer of the Teams User Group Germany, a conference speaker, and an author on his blog cloudkumpel.de, Adrian regularly shares his knowledge with the community.
Together with Thorsten, he also co‑hosts the podcast AI und Du – Copilot in Microsoft 365.
Daniel Rohregger
Microsoft MVP & Cloud Architect
Daniel Rohregger is a Microsoft 365 Copilot MVP and Cloud Architect with a passion for modern workplaces, AI, and digital transformation. As an experienced consultant, he supports organizations across the DACH region in adopting and evolving Microsoft 365 solutions — with a particular focus on Copilot, adoption, and hybrid collaboration.
In addition to speaking at international conferences, Daniel is also the host of the German‑language podcast “365 Checkpoint,” where he regularly discusses the latest developments around Microsoft 365 and the modern workplace.
His mission: to make technology understandable, create real value, and inspire people with the possibilities of digital collaboration.
Tanja Wiehoff
Microsoft MVP & Productivity Expert
Tanja Wiehoff is a passionate Microsoft 365 expert with a special focus on Copilot, Copilot Studio and SharePoint Online. As Productivity Expert and self‑proclaimed “Copilot Prompster,” she inspires her audiences with hands‑on tips, creative solutions, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm for modern tools.
Her mission: to show people how easily and quickly impressive solutions can be built with Microsoft 365 — often in just a few minutes.
Tanja is a regular speaker at community events, sharing her knowledge with plenty of energy and humor — always true to her motto:

Thorsten Pickhan
Microsoft MVP & UC-Expert
Thorsten Pickhan is a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 and works as a Cloud Architect at glueckkanja AG. For more than 15 years, he has been designing and implementing unified communications infrastructures based on Microsoft technologies — with a special focus on Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, and the Microsoft 365 Phone System.
As a co‑organizer of the Microsoft Teams User Group Germany, active blogger, and YouTuber, Thorsten regularly shares his expertise with the community. On his YouTube channel, he publishes practical weekly “Office 365 QuickTips” and discusses current topics around the modern workplace in his “Talk Microsoft 365” format.
Together with Adrian, he also co‑hosts the podcast AI und Du – Copilot in Microsoft 365.
